We got a very late start today. We started at 9:00. We only had about
20 km to go though. When we finally left Ibarra, it was hot. Then we
climbed a big hill. By the time we got to the top of it we were all
tired. We took a long break there. After that, it was fairly flat all the way to
where we are currently staying. It feels good to get back on the road,
even if it is very hot and buggy. In about two more days we are going
to stay in somebody’s house in Quito I think. I kind of don’t want to
stay there because we’ve stayed a long time in Pimampiro, but I think
it’s necessary.
