   I know this is probably a crazy question and that I’ve come up with just about the only purchase option NOT on the list…but is there a possibility of a sale on just two of your books without the DVD? I’d be really interested in the new ebook and “What were we thinking?” purchased together at a presale price. What do you think?

   C0uld you explain what the DVD version is? Does it contain video or is it a slideshow etc? Excited to buy the book too. You are helping us work on our own plans. Thanks.

   @Steve, Good point, Steve. The DVD is a video documentary of our journey that John put together. He took video during our entire journey, then pieced it together to tell the story. Although there are a few still photos in there, it’s mostly video and tells the whole story.

   Just ordered the book and DVD. Eager to get my hands on it! Will the ebook be sent at the same time as the book and DVD? I read your Cookies book and loved it! Also when I sign up for the newsletter it says something like: this email address has been used too many time. Try again later. That’s just an FYI.
